This vegetable dish may just look quite simple, but this is really deliciou. THe vegetables are not overcooked, which are really crunchy and have absorbed the fragrant and sweetness from the sauce use in cooking it. THe spinach tofu is very smooth and soft in texture, which blend in well with the stired fried vegetables. The portion is not really that generous, but is the quality that counts.
