This is such a contradictory decision to make. I don't know whether to term it healthy or unhealthy. on one hand it looks like you are just eating leaves, on the other.. it's really oily kway teow. I don't like lark, so minus points on the fats.the kway teow is good! i hardly eat my greens so as you can see, i probably just eat one or two piece veggie. you can't force it down if you don't like greens, and in this dish you can't relaly avoid it because the veggies make the most part of the dish.f

friendly uncle.. noisy food center.. don't know if i will come again.... but if u wanna try this special dish.. (since hardly anyone spams veggies like him).. and if you want to go on a 'diet', nutritionists always say we need to have a balance diet of healthy/unhealthy food, so here you go! the not-so-sinful breakfast
