Brought a packet of vegetarian food which includes pumpkin, brinjal and so called "vegetarian meat". Firstly, the pumpkin has a soft and smooth texture, rich pumpkin taste. It was well cooked, however, the size of the pumpkin was too big and no sauce nor gravy. Secondly, the brinjal was cooked with a sweet sauce, and the brinjal itself is soft and spongy, not overcooked but its a little bit oily. Brought a packet of vegetarian food which includes pumpkin, brinjal and so called "vegetarian meat". Firstly, the pumpkin has a soft and smooth texture, rich pumpkin taste. It was well cooked, however, the size of the pumpkin was too big and no sauce nor gravy. Secondly, the brinjal was cooked with a sweet sauce, and the brinjal itself is soft and spongy, not overcooked but its a little bit oily. Lastly the "vegetarian meat" has a mini sugarcane stuff in the middle. This particular side dish is quite special because of the combination of the vegetarian meat together with the sugarcane, cooked with a sweet sauce that give a very unique taste. The presence of the sugarcane further enhance the flavour of this dish.
