Amoy Street Food Centre is one of the food centre (or how we locals say, hawker centre) in Singapore where you get to try all sort of local food in just one stop. Was there due to work purpose and was so spoil for choices, so I just follow the queue and crowd for this fish ball noodle - Ah Ter's Fishball Noodle. Ordered the small bowl of mee pok dry at $3.50, comes with 2 handmade fish balls, minced meat, fish dumpling and some fishcake. The meepok is one of the best I had - very very Q and not soggy nor lumpy like how many noodles tends to be after it is being cooked. Their fishball is good, too, and 1 bite of it and u will know it is really handmade and not frozen kind. The soup is very tasty too, without feeling thirsty after I drank the whole bowl.

Now I know why it always attract such a long queue as compared to the other stalls selling the same thing. Definitely recommending it!
