What first caught my attention for this food stall at The Central (Clarke Quay) is the price! I ordered their Saba Fish set at $5.50 which comes with a generous portion of Saba fish with a bowl of rice and miso soup.

Their Saba is absolutely delicious! Grilled to perfection with crispy & salty skin, but yet soft and juicy on the inside. This is one of the best grilled Saba I had ever had and it's only $5.50!

The downside is that the rice is not fantastic but edible, and the soup is quite bland. But I guess they are just sides, the fish is the main focus and it's super good, and that's all that matters.

Highly recommended.
