This handmade egg noodles stall has many different outlets islandwide in singapore. I think most of the stallls' standard are quite good and consistent, which includes this outlet at Jurong East as well. The egg noodles are the usual chewy and smooth in texture. The char siew meats are very tender and quite fragrant as well. Chye sim are only boiled over water to serve in this dish to add on the extra crunchiness of the noodles and also is more healthy too.
