Venue: Nothing to see, at the upper floor of Lucky Plaza, next to some bar.Value: Not worth the time or money.Service: PoorFood: Terrible! Had some spicy nondescript dish with rice and some other spicy nondescript dish. We ordered chicken and vegetables, spicy style. But what came out didn't look like chicken or vegetables and didn't taste like it either. Asked for normal tap water in a glass and got bottles of water instead. We had to pay extra for the bottled water.
