Choosing Chinese-style cuisine whenever Hi-tea with my mummy. Yum Cha was well-known for authentic Dim Sum Delicacies. Comfortable homely restaurant with satisfied staff service, it was now offering buffet for tea time.Signature of the restaurant, the shrimp was chewy and extremely fresh. Plainly looking roll was springy, not over steamed. Price at $4.20, it was definitely worth the value. Fragrant with drizzle of white sesame on top, the crispy ever skin was impressive. One of the must-try item

Fragrant with drizzle of white sesame on top, the crispy ever skin was impressive. One of the must-try items in the restaurant, it priced $4.80 for 3 pieces. Somehow I prefer traditional Hong Kong Dim Sum rather than others, it depends the mood and people eating with. I would make my return to Yum Cha, great place.
