I love eating carrot cakes, especially the white carrot cakes since it is where I can taste more of the eggs and the carrot cake itself. I ordered one plate of white carrot cake from this stall and my stomach is rumbling as I was queueing and waiting as I could smell the rich smell of carrot cake as the uncle is frying it. This stall also add prawns to the carrot cake which is an interesting twist to the dish. The prawns are very qq and fresh. As for the carrot cake, it is soft and yet not too l
