My favorite dish would be the Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Padi. It is a rich yellow coconut gravy that is cooked with really tiny cili padi. Really worth the try, and to add more kick to that flavor, i recommend you to eat it with sambal belacan. Its a killer I tell you!
