Disclaimer: I didn't queue up for my bowl of Fish Slice Soup. But I waited patiently for 30 minute while munching on my Ah Tai Chicken Rice and drinking my Iced Cold Barley Drink while my sister lined up for the soup.I asked her, if it's worth it... Sliced Fish Soup ($4) has a really delicate flavour and the fish is fresh with good texture. If you prefer, you can requested to add "milk" for a more white creamy broth. But personally, I just prefer the way it is!
Jin Hua Fish Head Beehoon is worth the wait if you love fish. Just be patient or maybe you buy a drink or shaved ice dessert from next stall that will cool you down while you wait!
