Make a reservation 2 weeks ago for the xiao long bao buffet at holland village crystal jade. went with 5 friends for the buffet. it comes with choice of soup (ma la, chicken, pork bone, sze chun), you can either have the full pot or the divided one where you can choose 2 soup base. we ordered the ma la and pork bone soup. checked the steamed cha siew bao (awesome-ness, the skin is very soft and bbq pork is nicely seasoned and made), ate 20 long of xiao long bao, each around 3 long- each long go

Make a reservation 2 weeks ago for the xiao long bao buffet at holland village crystal jade. went with 5 friends for the buffet. it comes with choice of soup (ma la, chicken, pork bone, sze chun), you can either have the full pot or the divided one where you can choose 2 soup base. we ordered the ma la and pork bone soup. checked the steamed cha siew bao (awesome-ness, the skin is very soft and bbq pork is nicely seasoned and made), ate 20 long of xiao long bao, each around 3 long- each long got 5 pieces (we went crazy after that haha, for the next day nobody dares to eat meat, anyway the xiao long bao is good!), as for the steamboat, we ordered the pork and beef slice (something like sha bu sha bu), fish ball (please try it, its soooo bouncy and nice, even those friend of mine that dont like fishball are eating it), straw-mushroom, tofu, wanton (try this), luncheon meat. total buffet price add up to $30 per person. service is ok, except the waiting of xiao long bao is quite long. environment was ok too.
