The "fried rich with shrimp and egg" is a must call dish because the rice is well coated with egg and retains a bite to it. Besides that, the fried rice is studded with whole pieces of whole shrimp!!! Some more, the rice is not oily and salty!!

The second dish is the " noodle soup with shrimp pork wantan". The broth is light and nice, combine with the shrimp pork wantan is really the best combination!!

Lastly will be the most popular dim sum in Din Tai Fung which is "steamed pork dumplings". The dumplings come in 6 pcs per tray. The skin of the dumplings would not break if you using chopsticks to pick up them and you can see the soup swish within. The method of eating these dumplings is actually bite off the top first, and then slurp the soup before comsuming the rest fo the dumpling. The taste of the dumplings is really can't explained by words! You would have to experience yourself and find out how delicious the dumpling is!
