They have 5 kind of appetisers for you to choose from:Braised Bamboo shoot, Tofu with century egg, lotus roots slices, fungus with celery and cucumber.The cucumber is very refreshing and crunchy, and the lotus root slice is refreshing and crunchy with a little sour taste. My personal favourites for this steamboat: Xlb, Lamb slices with ma la soup(MUST TRY),the real fresh and sweet prawn, luncheon meat with ma la soup, mushrooms in the corn& pig bone broth and their gui hua jelly(i like the blend taste with the light flower fragrance)
Desserts: Beancurd in brown sugar syrup, red bean jelly and gui hua jelly.(Drinks are included, you get to choose either coke or barley drink)
The steamboat buffet is definitely worth the money!!!!!Do remember to make reservations early to avoid disappointment(:
