My friends and I decided to go to Crystal Jade at Holland Village to try out their steamboat buffet, or better known as Xiao Long Bao buffet, since the Xiao Long Bao is free flow. Apparently, besides Xiao Long Bao that is free flow, there are other dim sum stuff this is free flow, like the char siew bao. The char siew bao is simply yummy too, soft and fluffy bao skin and a lot of char siew inside.

Nevertheless, the xiao long bao was great, skin is very thin and the soup inside is very tasty. We ate 4 Long each and just cannot get enough of it, it is simply too delicious. The steamboat is good too, luckily we had 4 people so we did not have any problem finishing up all the meats.

The Gui Hua jelly is my favourite, not too sweet, very soft and it melts in your mouth.

Great place to go for a yummy buffet plus free flow xiao long bao. Xiao long bao lovers what are u waiting for?!?!
