Yesterday while I was at Breadtalk, I saw this bread which I havent seen before. On closer look at the tag, I found out that it was actually a bread with yam filling (cant remember the name). I liked yam, so I decided to try this bread instead of getting the Fire Flosss. The outer part of the bread is salty due to the croissant like buttery shreds on the top of the bread. I liked yam, so I decided to try this bread instead of getting the Fire Flosss. The outer part of the bread is salty due to the croissant like buttery shreds on the top of the bread. Within the bread is the yam filling. While I found the taste to be quite compatible (salty + sweet), I thought that the yam filling is a little too overly sweet. It would be better if it is less sweet, but otherwise, I thought this was quite delicious.
