This stall specialities initally was Braised duck and chicken but a few years ago the owner has decided to sell Kway Chap too, apart from his rice and noodle. What attracted me was the braised meat and the assorted internal organs besides the braised duck. The pig's skin was done very well as the texture was chewy and not like some stores where the pig's skin were too soft that straight away you could feel it's going to be disintegrated once in the mouth. The soup base is nice and prices are reasonable, example with the braised meat, pig's skin, small pig's intestine and the kway chap only cost $3 and on top of it you may get a full spoonful of preserved vegetables free.
