This Yong Tau Foo stall at Clementi Food Centre opening hours are quite strange. They only open at 1pm and soldout before tea time.There were long queue before opening time and i was one in the queue. I had chosen about 10 items and ordered dry with sweet sauce.The sweet sauce tasted very good. It was not too sweet or too salty, just right with fermented bean taste.The yong tau foo items tasted good and fresh. They had deep fried the items. The outer layer was mild crispy and inside moist.
