the Yong Tou Fu stall at Science canteen is one of my favourite stall despite the super long queue. It provides a healthier choice of food. First, you have to queue to choose your ingredients, minimum 6 pieces for $1.50, adding noodles costs $0.30, and laksa gravy itself costs $0.30 too. One can also order the Ordinary Laksa ($1.80) where you get the "default ingredients" such as stuffed bean curd, beansprouts, and few slices of fish cake. One can also order the Ordinary Laksa ($1.80) where you get the "default ingredients" such as stuffed bean curd, beansprouts, and few slices of fish cake. I'm not really a big fan of their laksa, as I reckon their laksa gravy is not flavourful enough, sometimes a little bit bland too.
