A tangy box of Yu Sheng "Ta-Bao-ed" by my dear colleague by Ah Chiang. Besides being famous of their charcoal cooked porridge, their Yu Sheng is also another noteworthy items on the list.

Fish is pretty fresh and well prepared, thinly sliced with drizzling of sesame oil, lime, cut chilli and plenty of garnishing. Sliced fishes were odorless, perhaps the heavy usuage of garnishing had taken all away.

As I opened the box and enjoyed my packet of joy, the aroma diffuses quickly and seeps through the door gaps into another department, arousing curiosity from my other colleagues.

Uniquely served without the usual crackers and other condiments we find from most Yu Sheng!
