I have been visiting this stall since I was a kid. My mom told me they used to be a roadside cart and upgraded to a stall in "xin pa sat", and eventually found their way to a hidden corner in Chinatown Hawker Centre. Hidden gem with history. The couple in the stall was courteous, if quiet. They deftly make the ah-ballings upon order. The only available soup base is pandan, which is mildly sweet.
