This is one of the famous beef noodles stalls from Long House a long time ago. They still have some of the old pictures displayed in front of their stall.I only go for beef slices and not those spare parts. I never really know how to appreciate these spare parts but strangely i do enjoy eating those served with kway chap. They garnished their beef noodle with salted vegetable bits and it definitely adds the crunchy factor to the texture and the salty-sourish taste brings enhancement to the sauce

I only go for beef slices and not those spare parts. I never really know how to appreciate these spare parts but strangely i do enjoy eating those served with kway chap. They garnished their beef noodle with salted vegetable bits and it definitely adds the crunchy factor to the texture and the salty-sourish taste brings enhancement to the sauce and gives it an oomph factor.

The chilli here definitely compliment the beef slices and noodle very well and the tinge of lime definitely enhanced the taste.

There is another nice beef noodle stall at this food centre. I have tried both, both are quite different but equally good. Perhaps you should try them too and decide for yourself.
