This was one of the nicest beef noodle that i ever tried. I first eaten here more than a decade ago. The standard has since dropped a little from their prime days. The nicely cooked thick bee hoon was served in the thick gooey flavorsome braised sauce. It was served with tender slices of beef. It was topped with salted vegetable and grounded peanuts just before served. A beefy flavor soup was served with the noodle.

This is one of the famous beef noodles stalls from Long House a long time ago. They still have some of the old pictures displayed in front of their stall.I only go for beef slices and not those spare parts. I never really know how to appreciate these spare parts but strangely i do enjoy eating those served with kway chap. They garnished their beef noodle with salted vegetable bits and it definitely adds the crunchy factor to the texture and the salty-sourish taste brings enhancement to the sauce

They garnished their beef noodle with salted vegetable bits and it definitely adds the crunchy factor to the texture and the salty-sourish taste brings enhancement to the sauce and gives it an oomph factor.

The chilli here definitely compliment the beef slices and noodle very well and the tinge of lime definitely enhanced the taste.

There is another nice beef noodle stall at this food centre. I have tried both, both are quite different but equally good. Perhaps you should try them too and decide for yourself.
