Bread Talk at Paragon is considered "Silver" which is supposed to be better than the normal Bread Talk branches. It is a bit different in the sense that they serve different varieties of breads and cakes here, which are not found in other branches.

The macarons here are much better than the Takashimaya Bread Talk ones. Not sure why? They must be baked in-store maybe?

The bread variety here is also more gourmet and varied with more European tastes. There are also more cakes here and the displays are nicer. The presentation of the cakes here is much better than at other branches. The shop is also slightly more spacious than other branches although it's still pretty crampy when there's lots of people.

The clientele is obviously more well-to-do as they dress differently as well.

The quality and variety of food here is definitely the best out of all Bread Talk places I've been to. I was impressed by their cakes and their macarons. The macarons still need a little bit of improvement but it's better than the ones in their other branches.

Their Strawberry cakes made from Korean strawberries are supposed to be their specialty this month and they are pretty generous with their strawberries in some of their cakes. The cakes tates pretty good and the presentation is pretty good too.

For cakes and macarons, the Paragon branch is the better option due to better quality and presentation. For breads, the quality is the same as at other stores, but the taste and variety is better here. Still don't like their oily trays and tongs.
