If you are at ABC, you have to try Fatty Cheong. Fatty Cheong is a roasted meat stall and they have been featured in television before for their char siew. You can choose to have the lean or fatty cuts, but I went for the lean cuts of the char siew. Although it is a lean cut, the char siew remained very tender and it is not tough to bite at all. It is very well charred and it is slightly sweet and savorury all together. There is also some fats on the sides of the char siew which made it slighty

Definitely one of the best roasted meat that I have had.
