I love flat noodles but I wanted something different for a change, which is why I got the San Lao Hor Fun, which is essentially flat noodles with sliced fish. The San Lao Hor Fun is less heavy on the palette than the normal seafood horfun which is darker in colour and cooked with a dark coloured gravy. I love the addition of beansprouts and green spring onions to the dish as it adds some crunch and create different textures. The horfun is also not clumpy and it is very tasty. The fish slices are
