I love flat noodles but I wanted something different for a change, which is why I got the San Lao Hor Fun, which is essentially flat noodles with sliced fish. The San Lao Hor Fun is less heavy on the palette than the normal seafood horfun which is darker in colour and cooked with a dark coloured gravy. The fish slices are also quite fresh and alright in terms of portion. This costs me $4.50.
