Yummy~licious (yummy + delicious) is the perfect word to describe the satay here. lightly charred where the top are crispy with burnt fats smell and the meat below is moist and tender. The best thing is there isn't any chunks of fats on the satay! I wonder where do the burnt fats smell comes from?! lolz... They are just as juicy even without the peanut dips. So delicious that my friend's 3 year old daughter helped herself with more than 5 sticks of satay!
