I have always preferred masala thosai over plain prata, and I order it whenever I decide to eat at a prata stall. At Jalan Kayu, it's the place to hunt for some good masala thosai and teh tarik! I really enjoy their masala thosai, as it is full of potatoes and the texture of the thosai is crisp, fluffy and light, which sets it apart from the normal thosais out there. I appreciate the sides that it gives as well, which has curry, chickpeas, and others. However, the mee goreng at Thohirah's is not

I really enjoy their masala thosai, as it is full of potatoes and the texture of the thosai is crisp, fluffy and light, which sets it apart from the normal thosais out there. I appreciate the sides that it gives as well, which has curry, chickpeas, and others. However, the mee goreng at Thohirah's is not really that appetising, so I wouldn't recommend that. As always, teh tarik is a must have when you're there~
