Black cha su ramen here is my favourite choice of ramen. Ramen is very chewy and portion is very generous. The half boiled eggs is very soft and really love the egg yolk inside which is very moist and not over cooked. The generous amount of chopped spring onion also has enhanced the taste as well. Their sushi rolls are tasty too. The Japanese rice is not too hard in texture and the thin slices of seaweeds is chewy and goes well to this yummy snack. Both the items at $14.90 and $5.90 respect
