My father would always drive us to chomp chomp for some delicious seafood and hokkien mee and chicken wings. i totally love the sambal stingray at chomp chomp. The stingray is very fresh and it is very juicy, there is some natural sweetness due to its freshness. the sambal sauce is not too spicy but very shiok, when eaten with the stingray, it is absolutely heavenly.
