This time round when visiting Rocky Master, I decided to try their eclairs. They looked so tempting in the glass showcase which came as 2 pieces.The eclair had a very soft pastry, there was granche chocolate coated over it. The filling was filled with hazelnut cream which oozed out from the eclair after each bite. The hazelnut cream was not as sweet as I thought it would be which makes a good treat. The eclair also gave a melt-in-the-mouth feel. A little pricy but tastes so good.
