RamenPlay (Closed)

As it was my first time trying RamenPlay, I ordered their signature Sanpou Ramen. It contains the three treasures of toroniku (braised pork cheek), cha shu (braised pork belly in char siew sauce) and buta kakuni (braised pork belly in special sauce). I love that the broth is rich and tasty, and the braised pork cheek, cha shu and buta kakuni were all tender. The tonkotsu ramen is also garnished with black onion sauce to enhance the flavour.
