First time trying Ramen Play. Though its specialty is ramen i decided to try the rice. It consists of premium Japanese Niigata rice, pan-fried and barbequed pork, seaweed and topped with a raw egg. It also has a a special sauce which is sweet and really nice! The rice bowl gives it a 'cooking' feel, the rice was soft and the pork was well marinated and flavourful. Was quite surprised that their rice dish would taste so good though its called 'Ramen'Play .

One of the things i really like about RamenPlay, besides the ramen is its side menu items. Besides having ramen, i also order their bamboo chicken. When i ordered this, i was told i need to wait like 10-15 minutes cause they need to prepare this. Wow. I know you usually wait for your food to be prepared but i guess when they its bamboo chicken, there is something to expect huh.Well anyway it came, sure enough, piping hot and oh-so-yummy. Well anyway it came, sure enough, piping hot and oh-so-yummy. They also provide the wooden spoon for you to scoop the chicken out. Though the portion is quite small but it's still good. Will definitely order more next time!

Decided to order an all-veggie ramen instead of the usual Char siew ramen. The noodles were were done, not too hard or soggy. The main highlight other than the delicious soup is definitely the ramen egg! Perfectly cooked on the outside with a runny center, i wished a whole egg was given instead of just half. Overall, the price of $11.80 was worth it for a bowl of delicious ramen! 🍜

Ordered the bamboo chicken which I have been craved for a long time. It came with a sauce plate of egg yolk for dipping. The dish was served pippin' hot and it tasted as good as the first time I ate it 2 years ago. My main dish was the signature Sanpou Ramen (Tonkotsu). It contains three treasures of Toroniku (braised pork cheek), Cha Shu (braised pork belly in char siew sauce) and Buta Kakuni (braised pork belly in special sauce) with black onion sauce. Was surprised by the amount of meat they provided. It was so much more than expected. The waitress was kind enough to give us a small plate of stir fry chilli chives. It was quite spicy and I only managed to take a little bit. Green tea was free flow and its awesome. Pleasant casual eating experience at ramenplay for a friday evening.

The set comes with chilli chives and a side dish. I chose the braised egg as my side. So in total, I had eaten one and a half braised egg, including the one in my bowl of ramen. The egg was quite nicely done, a bit runny. Overall, it was a rather decent bowl of ramen.

Tried RamenPlay the first time and their ramen is quite nice and affordable! Soup is special but the one I ordered has a little too much of garlic in it. Ramen is chewy and easy to bite. The bamboo shoots inside are really yummy because they are sliced in thick pieces! Overall atmosphere was good and the servers were quite friendly and approachable. Will go back again

My lunch partner ordered the signature Sanpuo Ramen - don't like the soup as it was oily for me. Though it was flavorful but still, I don't want a natural lip gloss on my lips every time I sip the soup or slurp the noodles.

Service wise was good, the waitresses are attentive to our needs and refilling of the ice water is fast.

Went on a Friday Evening around 7pm to satisfy my cravings for Ramen, And Ramen Play Never Fails to Satisfy my need for springy noodles and tender meat. I called to reserve a seat for 2 and I was promptly served when I reached the place although it was super packed! So Its advisable to Call to Reserve a seat before heading down! Not too salty Soup base and They serve free Ice water too! Plus point for me because I cant live without drinking plain water. head over to http://michhysaurous.blogsp

The egg! Still slightly runny in the yoke.

I felt the tables were too close to other diners. I could clearly hear what other diners beside me were saying and that made me a little uncomfortable.

Spending: Approximately $36 for 2 people.

3 of us ladies popped by for a quick dinner - my1st visit to the place in fact. Thankfully not too crowded it was an early dinner on a Sat. The place was nonetheless buzzing with mostly younger crowd and families; staff team seemed to be quite busy too. Prices were reasonable with total adding up to $70 for 3pax. Service could improve though with staff being quite unstable when serving food. The tables also have very tight elbow space - good for eavesdropping on your neighbours. Yuzu Yoghurt ($5

This can be said as the best stone rice that i had ever tasted. *Thumbs up* It is recommended to eat it with the garlic chips that they had provided on the table as the taste and the smell will just keep your appetite going. It actually consists of pan-fried pork, onion and topped with a raw egg. Also, special black sauce will be served together with this rice, which boost the tastiness to the max. The portion served is actually quite big too.
