Prawn paste chicken ($6): The prawn paste chicken had little fats under the skin and the skin was really crispy while the wings were tender. The prawn paste batter also had a distinct prawn paste flavour. It was oily though that's why they placed tissue paper underneath to absorb the oil. Worth the try
