朋友在Plaza Singapura 附近工作，相約午飯時間一聚，聽說紅大哥水門雞飯在這商場開了分店，我們便相約過來一試。我和姐姐先到，選了在角落比較清靜的位置，先用手機下單點菜，時間剛剛好，朋友和食物差不多同時抵達，除了這裏著名的嫩滑可口的雞飯，我們還點了木瓜沙律（大家都大讚好吃，不過對我來說有點太辣）、馬拉盞炒通菜和芥蘭，還有香脆味美的菜脯炒蛋，我還要了一杯醒胃的冰凍青檸汁，一面和友人暢快聊天，一面欣賞着美食，不亦樂乎！…Read More

週末的早上，晨早起來，到市中心的大排檔，襯人潮湧過來之前，我們一行四人選了一張靠邊的枱坐下，一面欣賞河畔的美景，一面享受陣陣的涼風，因為朋友是這兒的熟客，在我們坐下的同時，老闆已經把爐子和盛滿開水的生鐵茶壺捧過來，這個熟手的朋友自攜茶葉（甘甜的鳳凰單重），在大家面前表演製作潮州茶的手藝，喝幾杯熱騰騰的潮州茶清清腸胃，再來潮州凍魚，生滾腰潤，帶着濃烈胡椒味的醒胃的肉骨茶，用砂煲盛上的上湯茼蒿和菜心既幼且嫩，比較平日的香口食物和炒飯麵等帶來的油膩感覺，這頓早飯真的給人帶來身心大滿足😋…Read More

經過店舖被這個特殊的名字吸引——Wawa （哇哇），主打菜式是啦啦米粉，再走到店舖門前看看，發現一張名為「四大天王」的食物海報，好奇心的驅使下，我們一行三人決定要一嚐什麼是啦啦粉，什麼是哇哇醬。因為不吃辣，我們選擇一碗招牌正宗米酒啦啦米粉、一碗微辣米酒啦啦粉絲和一份啦啦蒜蓉奶油醬，原來「啦啦」，即是主要配料，就是新鮮在水族箱養着的蜆，用米酒煮的湯十分味美，配粉絲或米粉尤其合適，用啦啦蒜蓉奶油醬炒出來的蜆就更加惹味，一杯冰凍的青檸汁可以說是絕配。餐廳地方寬敞，座位清潔舒適，價錢也算便宜，一面吃著鮮美的食物，一面看着水族箱裏養着的蜆，又或落地窗外來往的遊人，真的十分寫意。…Read More
