2 duck legs Five spice powder Pepper Dark sauce Light sauce Cooking wine
Seasoning
2tbsp vinegar 4tbsp sugar 2tbsp cooking wine 1 cup water
Method
1. Marinate duck legs for at least 1 hour. 2. Fry legs in oil with skin facing down till fats under skin are melted. 3. Remove duck leg and oil from pan. 4. Pour in seasoning and duck legs and simmer for 20 minutes till sauce thickens
