A snack/American English breakfast good for sharing with love ones!
Ingredient and Portion
Bread - how many slices totally depend on how any cup you want to make
Eggs - 2
Big spoon honey/maple syrup
Streaky bacon strips
Butter
Mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
pepper
Method
1. cut the sides off the slices of bread and slip an opening on the middle spot of every side of each slice of bread.
2. mix 2 egg + honey/maple syrup and whisk it well.
3. dip both side of bread in mixture.
4. Brush butter onto mould and put bread into mould. toast for 10min.
5. at the same time toast bacon strips for 10mins.
6. take out the mould, wrap the bacon strips ard the inside of the bread cup, break an egg into the middle of each cup. add pepper.
7. bake for 5mins(180 degree)
8. add cheese on the top of cup and bake another 5mins.
8. Serve while it's hot.
Tips
don add salt. the bacon is salty enough.
