3/4 cup of sugar 2 eggs 250ml coconut milk 450ml pandan juice (pandan leave with water blend and strain) 2 1/4 cup of plain flour 1 tsp of green color Salt to taste
Method
1. Beat egg with sugar. 2. Add coconut milk. 3. Add flour, salt, green colur mix well then add pandan juice. 4. Stir the mixture well. 5. Grease HCP with butter 6. Bake for 10 min each side under small fire.
