The baked mushroom stuffed with ham and cheese was an explosion of taste. When I took a bite of the mushroom, its juice, mixed with the taste of spice of the salt, pepper, and the ham encountered my palate with a “bang”. It was very clear that I was eating the Portobello mushroom with the ham and cheese. It was like eating a mini and healthier version of a burger. It was also very tasty.
