1. Cream butter & sugar till creamy & pale white. 2. Beat in the eggs and vanilla essence then bananas. 3. Add sifted flour & baking soda, stir until combined. (do not over stir the mixture). 4. Pour onto pan (pre-heat it with low fire for abt 5 mins). About 10 mins, flip the pan and turn off the fire in abt another 5 mins.
