An easy to make yogurt drink to keep you energized while on the go.
Ingredient and Portion
1 cup non-fat yogurt
1 peel and sliced ripe banana
2 tablespoons sugar
A few ice cubes
1 mint leave (optional)
Method
1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until it’s smooth.
2. Pour in a glass, top it with a mint leave and serve chilled.
