Serves 1 1 bowl of white rice 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic (minced) ½ cup of basil leaves 1 chicken breast (finely cut into small slices) 4 tablespoons oyster sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon black soy sauce 1/3 cup of water 3 fresh chilli pepper (cut into smaller slices)
Method
1. Mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, black soy sauce together with the cup of water in a bowl. 2. Turn on the stove to medium heat and heat up the oil. 3. When the oil is hot, add in the garlic and sauté it. 4. Add in the chicken and stir-fry until it is cooked. 5. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir it together for about 2 minutes. 6. Add in chilli peppers and basil and stir it a couple of time. 7. Serve it on the bowl of white rice and a fried egg.
