1/3 cup of plain flour 1/2 stick of salted butter 1 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 serving of blueberry 1/2 serving of strawberry
Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. 2. Place blueberry and strawberry into baking/serving containers. 3. Mix plain flour, salted butter and sugar in a bowl. Knead the mixture till butter melts into the plain flour. 4. Placed a handful (dependent on container size) of mixture into the container. Ensure that the berries are covered. 5. Bake for 5mins until crumble hardens.
Tips
Salted butter are easier to divide when they are first taken out from the fridge. Vary the use of sugar according to one's dietary needs.
