To make sure that the flavour seeps through the meat, you can marinate the meat for a longer period before you grill.
Ingredient and Portion
Boneless chicken breast meat, cut into cubes
Capsicum, cut into square shapes
Method
1. Marinate chicken meat with soya sauce, pepper, corn flour, teriyaki sauce for 6hrs.
2. Poke the meat and capsicum into skewer.
3. Put 1tbs oil in pan.
4. Use low heat.
5. After 1.5min or 2min, turn the kebab to another side.
6. For other 3 sides, just grill for 1-1.5min.
*U can use your own marinating ingredients.
