8 wonton wrappers 8 pcs of chocolates Half a banana Peanut butter (smooth or chunky) Powdered sugar for dusting (optional) Bowl of water Cooking oil
Method
1. Peel banana & cut into slices. 2. Spread peanut butter on the center of the wonton skin & put a slice of banana on top. 3. Place chocolate over it. 4. Wet the outline of the wonton skin with water (acts as glue) & seal the edges well. (If you're not going to fry the wontons immediately, cover with a damp cloth & refrigerate). 5. When oil is hot, deep-fry wontons till golden brown. Remove & place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Dust powered sugar (optional) & you've got your Chocolate Wonton Kisses!
