A sweet treat for the young and the old, here's a recipe for crepe!
Ingredient and Portion
150g sieved Top flour
30g Sugar
3 Eggs
350ml Milk
45g Melted butter
Method
1. Mix flour, sugar and eggs together.
2. Alternate the milk and butter into the batter.
3. Sieve the watery mixture to remove lumps, set aside for 30min.
4. Heat up pan, add a ladle of mixture, move pan so that the batter is well spread.
5. When the edge starts to brown, close pan and flip over to cook the other side.
