Ingredient and Portion
250g Butter
180g Castor sugar
180ml Milk
340g self-raising flour
100g dried chopped cranberry
100g chopped walnut
1/4 tsp salt
Method
1. Sift flour.
2. Cream butter and sugar till it becomes creamy.
3. Add in milk and cream well.
4. Fold in sifted flour, followed by cranberry and walnut.
5. Grease pan and bake for approximately 10mins in small-medium fire. Flip and bake for another 10mins. Move the pan around when baking.
