2 fish fillet cut 2 stalks lemon grass,white part only, sliced thinly 3 garlic 4 shallots 2 chilli padi 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp fish sauce oil for frying 1/4 green lime for juice
Method
1. Pound/blend garlic,shallot,chilli padi and sugar. 2. Add fish sauce and marinate fish for at least 1 hr. 3. Fry fish till golden brown. 4. Before removing pan from fire,squeeze lime juice over. 5. Pour fish and condiments onto plate.
