1 packet of Laksa Bee Hoon 250g of Minced Meat, marinade with corn flour and soy sauce 1 capsicum, sliced 1/2 packet of beansprout Garlic, diced 2 eggs, beaten Vegetarian Osyter Sauce Sweet Black Sauce White Pepper
Method
1) Cook garlic 2) Add minced meat, flip twice at 1-2 mins each 3) Add capsicum, beansprout and bee hoon 4) Add oyster sauce and black sauce 5) Add hot water to simmer till soft 6) I added twice hot water to my desired softness of bee hoon 7) I flipped about 4 times 8) Beat eggs and pour over the bee hoon and sprinkle some white pepper 9) Use tongs to give it a light mix and cover without locking 10) Ready to serve in 1 min
