1 packet of Bee Tai Mak (You can buy the ones at NTUC or the fresh ones at the market) Frozen Mixed vegetables/bean sprout/jiu cai Diced garlic 3 eggs, beaten Fish cakes, sliced/cube Vegetarian oyster sauce, sweet black sauce (Red Dates brand) and white pepper
Method
1) Pour little oil to pan, add eggs and remove when done. You can slice the eggs or make them into scrambled eggs. 2) Add in diced garlic and frozen mixed vegetables. 3) Flip after 1min, flip back after 1 min. 4) Open lid, and add Bee Tai Mak, vegetarian osyter sauce and sweet black sauce. 5) Add water to simmer. 6) Flip the pan 3 to 4 times to cook it evenly. 7) Add white pepper and serve.
